Pay Range: $18/hour starting pay, with competitive compensation based on experience.

Weed Man Kalamazoo is now accepting applications for our Door-to-Door Lead Generators! We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing people with a POSITIVE attitude. We pay a guaranteed hourly rate with performance bonuses!! NO SELLING INVOLVED!! Paid training so YOU can be successful.
We are looking for energetic, customer service-oriented individuals to join our successful team. The Customer Outreach Representative is a key role in our marketing efforts as you become the first source of contact for prospective customers. Your role is to reach out to our service areas by canvassing neighborhoods, interact with the prospects and generate leads for anyone interested in receiving a free, no-obligation lawn care quote. No selling required, there is a daily bonus opportunity on top of your hourly wage. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Weekly hours are 23 to 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Market our products and services to potential customers.
- Generate leads for sales team. NO SELLING REQUIRED!
- Distribute necessary promotional material.
- Always be in communication with your team to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Professional Appearance.
- Customer Service experience.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
