Sign On Bonus:  $7500

Schedule: Every third weekend and every third holiday. Weekend shift is Friday, Saturday, Sunday 1900-0730.

Our team at Henry Ford Health¿s Rochester location provides critical care in Intensive Care Units and General Practice Units, delivering life-saving respiratory therapy and diagnostic services. Role Overview
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver life-support, resuscitation, and medical gases therapy primarily to critical care patients in Intensive Care Units. You¿ll perform invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures, maintain clinical expertise across various business units, and supervise respiratory students and externs. Your role is vital in ensuring patients receive the highest level of respiratory care.

What You Will Do
- Deliver life-support and resuscitation therapy to critical care patients.
- Perform invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain clinical expertise across various business units.
- Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and physicians.
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to respiratory students and externs.
- Complete accurate patient billing information.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program.
- Associate of Science Degree (minimum).
- Registration with the National Board of Respiratory Care.
- Current Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Michigan (or obtained within 90 days of graduation for new graduates).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- Two years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience in a Tertiary Hospital.
