Supervisor Environmental Services - Full Time - Exempt - Mid Shift - ICH

Job Summary Supervises the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly and attractive conditions in the facility. Coordinates some activities of the Environmental Services and linen Department with those of other hospital departments. Provides support and guidance to staff. Serves as a relief person as necessary. Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum Experience Requirement: 5 years experience in a Hospital Housekeeping Department. One (1) year supervisory experience. Sufficient oral and written command of English to understand instructions and communicate to others. Ability to write reports, complete statistics, complete forms, etc. Ability to give verbal reports; talk to and listen to others. Excellent customer service skills required.
