Director, Portfolio, Resourcing and Transformation

Director-level role overseeing scientific resource allocation, portfolio prioritization, and transformation initiatives across biologics and oncology divisions. Combines analytical rigor with cross-functional leadership to align senior stakeholders on capacity allocation, strategic projects, and AI-driven transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation process with leadership teams and therapy area representatives across BE and expanding scope
• Develop and improve resourcing reports and decision inputs; ensure work starts only with available capacity or agreed releases
• Lead high-impact strategic projects including AI transformation programs from framing through implementation
• Align senior cross-functional leaders on priorities, resolve interdependencies, and track delivery against objectives
• Shape governance cadence, track progress against goals and metrics, and prepare executive materials for leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years pharma/consulting/R&D experience, or Master's/MBA with 8+ years
• Demonstrated experience running resource allocation, portfolio prioritization, or capacity planning processes
• Track record leading strategic projects from conception through implementation with senior collaborators
• Led cross-functional transformation programs and aligned senior leaders without direct authority
• Strong technical skills with financial data, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
• Ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations for senior leadership
• Strong listening, cultural awareness, and discretion with confidential information

Compensation: $159,180.80 - $238,771.20 base
