Nurse Manager - Progress Care - Full time Day

Manager Nursing - Progress Care at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center, Napa, CA This position is Full-Time and will work 8‑hour Day shifts. The Nurse Manager of a patient care unit or service maintains 24‑hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff. Responsible for overall personnel and fiscal management, clinical standards development, staff development, and continuous improvement within assigned areas. The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, and others to review, analyze, and recommend practice changes to help achieve the Center of Excellence goals. Practice is in accordance with Joint Commission standards, State and Federal regulatory criteria, and professional practice standards. Performs all duties under minimal supervision. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Administration: Nursing or related field. Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 3 years Relevant clinical experience Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
