Medical Quality Support Specialist

To provide quality support specific in GxP Medical activities (e.g. internal, external audits, managed access programs, medical information, ECR/ISS, etc.) Incumbent will support Medical Quality Business Partner on medical quality activities to include but not limited to:

Tracking and following up on global quality audit findings impacting medical until closure
Deliver trend analysis of GQA & inspection findings, deviations, and quality alerts
Tracking new and revised quality documents and performing first triage impact of QDs to medical
Support updates to training matrix
Update inspection readiness medical contact list
Coordinate meetings as needed
Follow up with medical stakeholders to obtain information as needed
Prepare power point presentations
Must be proficient in excel & Smartsheet
