The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotes while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a thorough understanding of our products and their applications, as well as the ability to develop and lead sales strategies that drive growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare quotes accurately, timely, and in a manner that provides excellent customer service. Thoroughly understand our products and their applications to effectively communicate value to customers. Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Develop new customers and identify new sales opportunities to expand the business. Develop and lead sales strategy to achieve company sales goals. Lead, develop, and train other sales personnel to enhance team performance. Communicate and collaborate effectively with other internal functions to ensure seamless operations. Skills & Qualifications Strong ability to prepare accurate and timely sales quotes. In-depth knowledge of construction products and their applications. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Proven experience in developing new customers and sales opportunities. Leadership skills with experience in developing and training sales teams. Effective communication and teamwork skills across multiple departments.
