Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll, a solid understanding of general accounting principles, and be proficient in QuickBooks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, accurate, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. Location: Thibodaux, LA Responsibilities Process weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties. Reconcile payroll and accounting discrepancies. Prepare reports and maintain organized financial records. Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed. Qualifications Previous payroll administration experience required. Knowledge of general accounting principles. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent mathematical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
