The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating project specifications, measuring roofs, and providing accurate cost estimates for reroofing projects. The role involves collaboration with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze project specifications and blueprints.Measure roof areas and assess the condition of existing roofs.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for reroofing projects.Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project requirements.Monitor and manage estimation timelines to ensure timely proposal submissions.Assist in preparing bid documentation and presentations for clients.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques.Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for accurate estimates.QualificationsProven experience in roofing and reroofingStrong estimating skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely cost assessments.Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.BenefitsSalary Based on Experience: $80,000 - $110,000Bonus PotentialMedical BenefitsPaid Time Off401kCareer Growth OpportunitiesGreat Company Culture
