Business Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and polished Business Litigation Paralegal to play a key role in supporting the firm’s growing practice. The ideal candidate brings both strong technical expertise and a high level of professionalism when interacting with business clients. The firm focuses primarily on business litigation , representing small to mid-sized companies in high-value disputes—often involving claims in the millions. This is not an insurance defense or personal injury practice. This role offers the chance to help shape processes and workflows in a dynamic, early-stage environment while working on sophisticated litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all phases of business litigation from case inception through trial Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery Coordinate and manage large-scale document productions and e-discovery Conduct legal research and factual investigation Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and trial materials Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and vendors Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings Support trial preparation and courtroom logistics as needed Qualifications/Requirements 3–5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal (business or corporate litigation preferred) Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and discovery practices Advanced proficiency with legal technology, e-discovery tools, and case management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional presence and ability to engage confidently with business clients Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Adaptable and open to new approaches and ways of working Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving (startup-like) environment Strong sense of ownership and pride in work This is an ideal role for someone who: Wants to be part of building something meaningful from the ground up Values both high-quality work and a balanced lifestyle Thrives in a collaborative, respectful, and people-focused culture Takes initiative and enjoys contributing beyond a traditional role Believes in the importance of professionalism, presentation, and client service #J-18808-Ljbffr
