What You'll Do

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments using sterilizers and ultrasonic equipment
• Operate Sterrad machines, Medisafe, Belimed, and CaviWave systems
• Maintain proper sterilization procedures ensuring compliance with hospital standards
• Assist surgical teams by providing sterile instruments and supplies
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Document sterilization processes and report any issues to management

What You Need

• Licensed CRCST or CSPDT certification
• At least 3 years of hospital-level I or II sterilization experience
• Ability to operate specialized sterilization equipment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
