Human Resources Generalist DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a highly motivated, career-oriented individual for a Human Resources Generalist with the Human Resources team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position works directly with leaders and staff in all functions of human resources. The Human Resources team is committed to being a trusted partner and resource along the employment journey with DCCU. What You’ll Have the Opportunity to Do: Provide assistance in all Human Resources disciplines to include: recruitment, benefits administration, payroll processing, and training and development Responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews Facilitate new hire orientation Assist with employee benefit enrollments and questions Identify opportunities for efficiencies and increased system optimization to current processes Employee relations to include conflict resolution and management Opportunity to raise awareness and educate employees on the value of employment with DCCU Serve as a trusted partner to staff and leaders across DCCU to impact the employment experience Identify opportunities to ensure staff have a high level understanding of DCCU provided benefits to increase knowledge, engagement and satisfaction Provide outstanding service to enhance the employment experience for all employees What You’ll Bring to the Table: Minimum of 3 years of related experience in HR disciplines as well as experience working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Demonstrated exceptional communication and service skills Ability to effectively communicate and partner with all levels of staff Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a high paced environment Highly motivated and takes initiative Experience working with sensitive information Working knowledge of HR legal practices and regulations A genuine and high regard for others What We Bring to the Table: Meaningful work that is highly impactful to employees, members and community A supportive work environment that values creativity and innovation Opportunities for development and career growth Highly productive and high performing Human Resources team Access to a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans Community involvement opportunities Who We Are: Founded in 1959, DCCU is a financial leader in the Shenandoah Valley, currently serving over 123,000 members, with over $2 Billion in Assets.
