This position will be centered around our outpatient office framework, but with the flexibility of remote work. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop bespoke treatment plans for clients, ensuring the highest level of personalized care.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, modifying approaches as needed to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams that include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing our electronic health record system effectively.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 300,000 to 400,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
