Position Overview Part‑time Security Supervisor – Response in Scottsdale, AZ. Shift: Saturday & Sunday 4:45 am–4:45 pm, 24 hours per week. Competitive hourly wage of $24/hr with additional benefits. Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Monitor premises to ensure security Conduct patrols to detect suspicious activity Control access points and verify identities Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security Write detailed reports on events and incidents Collaborate with authorities during serious situations Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Have documentation of High School Diploma or GED Pass an extensive screening process Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations Strong problem‑solving skills Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is an advantage Active Arizona guard license Minimum 1+ year of Security experience Minimum 1+ year of leadership experience Employment Condition Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
