Senior Consultant, Evidence Synthesis, Indirect Treatment Comparison (ITC)

Senior Consultant leads evidence synthesis projects using advanced statistical methods including network meta-analysis and indirect treatment comparison techniques. The role involves designing HTA-compliant studies, conducting analyses in R, managing junior staff, and collaborating with clients across global teams. Candidates need a master's degree in statistics or related field, 5+ years of evidence synthesis experience, and strong R programming proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead HTA-compliant evidence synthesis studies with full project oversight
• Develop and execute complex statistical analyses in R independently
• Manage junior staff performance while maintaining high quality deliverables
• Synthesize and interpret data to support client business objectives
• Supervise team work quality and review project outputs for accuracy

Requirements

• Master's degree in statistics, epidemiology, economics, or related health science
• 5+ years evidence synthesis research experience in consulting or academia
• Advanced proficiency in R programming for statistical analysis
• Expert-level knowledge of network meta-analysis, MAIC, and Bayesian methods
• Strong scientific writing with first-author publications and conference presentations
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Fluent English communication in written and spoken formats

Compensation: $109,500–$273,800 base
