Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage intimately with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families through therapy techniques that facilitate sustained progress at home.
• Monitor Progress and Document Results: Evaluate clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring patients remain on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
