I’ve been a State Farm Agent for 18 years and am proud to be a second-generation agent, continuing my father’s legacy of dedication and service. Our agency is home to a multi-lingual team that offers support in English, Spanish, Malayalam, and Polish, ensuring we can meet the needs of a wide range of customers. I take great pride in helping my community thrive both in and out of the office, whether that’s through supporting local schools, service organizations, or sports clubs. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two wonderful children, especially when we’re traveling and exploring new places together. As a Customer Relations Representative with Denise Mote Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual a plus Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
