About The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Pet Sales Associate to join our team. As a Pet Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the well‑being of our pets. You will maintain a clean and organized store, assist customers with their purchases, and educate them on proper pet care to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in retail sales or customer service Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Experience working with pets or in the pet industry Knowledge of pet nutrition and care Sales experience in a retail environment Responsibilities Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service Educate customers on proper pet care and nutrition Maintain a clean and organized store environment Ensure the well‑being of our pets through proper care and attention Meet and exceed sales goals Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sales ability to meet and exceed goals, physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, knowledge of pet nutrition and care, and flexibility to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr Uncle Bill's Pet Centers
