In this full-time, onsite role, you'll play a vital part in shaping the learning outcomes of students across a likely mild to moderate caseload. As a Speech-Language Pathologist working within a school-based environment, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to deliver tailored speech and language services for learners from birth through age 21.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited university in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Active CO Department of Education Certification
• Valid Colorado SLP License (Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist, ages birth to 21)
• Experience or interest in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including a background check via district procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services for a diverse student population
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Deliver direct therapy, consultative services, and collaborate on IEP teams
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed
• Communicate clearly with educators, families, and administrators to support student development
