Tax Manager – Real Estate (Level 1)Focus: Complex partnership taxation for commercial and residential rental properties (Form 1065). Ideal Candidate:1+ year at a Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firmAt least 3 years working primarily with real estate owners/operatorsStrong experience with special allocations and multi-partner structures2. Tax Manager – High-Net-Worth Individuals & Trusts (Level 1 or Level 2)Focus: Individual, trust, and estate taxation (Forms 1040, 1041; Form 709 a plus).
