Join us and make a difference today. Position Overview Position: Maintenance Technician II (full-time) at Osborne Place, a 64-unit Disabled/Special needs property in Pacoima, CA. Available August 2026. The Maintenance Technician II performs a variety of maintenance duties, repairing and maintaining property items without outside vendor assistance, typically at a property with over 100 units. Responsibilities All facets of lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning. Perform interior repairs related to walls and doors. Execute electrical repairs, including fixtures, lights, plugs, and switches. Change AC filters, check coils, clean and repair when necessary. Conduct annual unit inspections. Ensure turnover of units in 5 days. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and/or experience. Minimum 2 years of related apartment maintenance experience. Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Clean DMV record. HVAC certification (preferred). Electrical and plumbing skills suitable for apartment maintenance. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $20.60–$33.20 per hour ($20.60–$26.90 per hour for new hires, DOE).
