Position 1: R&D Technician Job Details

• Compensation: $20.00$23.00 per hour

• Job Site Location: Payson, Utah

• Work Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP (Interview Required)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with product development, reformulation, and process improvement projects.

• Prepare raw materials, ingredients, and laboratory equipment for testing.

• Support pilot-scale production trials and technology transfer activities.

• Collect, document, and report experimental data accurately.

• Prepare samples for analytical, microbiological, and stability testing.

• Assist with stability studies and product evaluations.

• Maintain organized R&D documentation and technical records.

• Monitor laboratory inventory and assist with ordering supplies.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and R&D teams.

• Follow cGMP requirements, laboratory procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & RequirementsRequired

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• 02 years of laboratory, research, manufacturing, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or related industry experience.

Position 2: Formulation R&D Specialist Job Details

• Compensation: $25.00$30.00 per hour

• Job Site Location: Payson, Utah

• Work Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP (Interview Required)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize nutraceutical formulations for tablets, capsules, powders, gummies, soft gels, sachets, and liquid dosage forms.

• Select active ingredients and excipients based on compatibility, functionality, stability, and regulatory requirements.

• Optimize formulations for efficacy, manufacturability, bioavailability, sensory attributes, and cost.

• Support product commercialization, scale-up, process validation, and technology transfer.

• Analyze formulation data and recommend product improvements.

• Maintain complete technical documentation and formulation records.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Product Development teams.

• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & RequirementsRequired

• 37 years of formulation development experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or functional foods.

• Strong knowledge of formulation science and excipient functionality.

• Experience developing oral solid dosage forms and/or liquid nutraceuticals.

• Excellent analytical thinking, scientific writing, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with formulation scale-up and commercial manufacturing.

• Knowledge of vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts, probiotics, amino acids, enzymes, and specialty nutraceutical ingredients.

• Experience with stability testing, analytical interpretation, and shelf-life studies.
