Senior Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney with over five years of coverage litigation experience to join their team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, and organized, possessing excellent research and writing skills. Duties Draft pleadings and briefs. Prepare and respond to written discovery. Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients. Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide recommendations for clients. Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis. Review documents in preparation for litigation. Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Submit filings to the court. Requirements Admitted to practice in Colorado. Over five years of insurance coverage experience. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive nature. Ability to handle time-sensitive matters. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Capable of working within a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Colorado. Skills Proficient in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis.
