Job Description

• Lead on-site construction activities and ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Oversee safety compliance and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and project managers.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the construction process.
• Manage on-site resources, including equipment and materials.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:

• Experience with managing multifamily construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in coordinating subcontractors and resources.
