Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care through evaluation and treatment planning tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.

Schedule

This position offers a schedule of Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month and a flexible day during the week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
