Role Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough, continuous care for pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Address chronic diseases, preventive care, acute health challenges, and mental wellness through a compassionate, patient-centric approach.
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment strategies.
• Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare experts to ensure integrated care.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate, current patient documentation.
• Provide care through both in-person visits and virtual consultations to align with patient preferences.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Texas medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
