Job Overview

Brazen Open Kitchen is a from-scratch restaurant, looking to foster community through a good meal. Our bar operates at the same high-standard. We are seeking a Part-Time Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining our bar.

Growth Opportunity: While this role is initially part-time, full-time hours possible for experienced candidates.

Core Responsibilities:

Crafting Cocktails: Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails according to exact specs, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.
Guest Experience: Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality. Guide guests through our menu, and maintain safety standards for dietary restrictions.
Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area, glassware, and tools impeccably clean, organized, and sanitized throughout the shift.

1-2 Years Experience or knowledge of classic cocktails preferred.
