Responsibilities: Operate a commercial vehicle to complete daily assigned routes in a safe and timely manner Pick up and transport materials for secure document and media shredding services Load and unload containers, consoles, and bins at customer locations Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive client relationships on route Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Accurately complete route logs, manifests, and chain-of-custody documentation Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned vehicle and equipment Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus) Previous route driving, delivery, or logistics experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy containers (up to 50–75 lbs regularly) Strong time management skills with the ability to complete routes independently Excellent customer-facing communication and professionalism Familiarity with the Pomona, CA area and surrounding regions is a plus Ability to pass a background check and drug screening About Us: The Shredders Corporation is a trusted provider of secure document destruction and shredding services based in Pomona, CA.
