Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rockville, MD, for a Client Project Manager. The Client Project Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate between business operations and clients, manage project lifecycles, and ensure client alignment and satisfaction through project execution. Projects will be a diverse mix of retail, remodel sub-contracting, new construction sub-contracting, and commercial sub-contracting involving the installation of high-end luxury fire appliances. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CRM software and customer experience management, excellent communication skills, and cross-department coordination. Duties Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards. Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing CRM and project management software. Coordinate with clients and technical staff to gather detailed requirements and translate them into project scope. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies. Manage communication across teams using collaboration tools such as Striven, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite to maintain transparency and engagement. Optimize resource allocation and time management across multiple projects. Manage acquisition and dissemination of project documentation such as permits and technical references. Qualifications Strong knowledge of CRM software systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Office Suite, and other project management tools. Excellent communication skills for negotiation with clients and stakeholders at all levels; capable of delivering clear presentations and reports. Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team coordination across diverse technical disciplines.
