Home Health Remote Hybrid RN Clinical Support Specialist 10K Sign On Bonus

Position Overview $10,000 Sign On Bonus RN Clinical Management Specialist is a qualified professional responsible for collaborating with Home Health and Hospice leadership in planning, coordinating, and delivering quality services to the client. This is a regional resource assigned as needed for interim clinical leadership, training, and/or clinical support. This position is a traveling role that will require in‑office training and clinical support in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Omaha, Council Bluffs, Sioux City, Sioux Falls, and Rochester MN branches. Essential Job Functions Monitors and assesses company electronic medical records (EMR) workflows and assists as needed or assigned. Provides support with the intake process and admission decisions. Facilitates virtual training for newly hired, rehired, or promoted Clinical Managers and Nurses. Serves as interim Clinical Manager when the position is vacant. Acts as a mentor for new Clinical Managers. Expertise and experience with the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system. Three (3) years of clinical experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, home care setting, or health facility. Homecare Homebase (HCHB) & Oasis experience is required. Valid and acceptable driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance coverage. Travel by car between regional offices will be required.
