What You’ll Do Master the Craft: Dive into our elite, hands‑on training program covering everything from advanced sourcing strategies to master-level client negotiation. Build a Business Within a Business: Own the full recruitment lifecycle—identifying top talent, quarterbacking interview processes, and building lasting relationships with corporate clients. Drive Activity: This is a high-velocity, phone-heavy role. Success here means maintaining a high outbound volume (75–100 impactful connections a day) to build your pipeline. Change Lives: Act as a trusted advisor, helping candidates put their best foot forward and helping companies land game-changing talent. What We Look For Experience: 3 to 5 years of fast-paced, phone-adjacent sales experience (Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar).
