Supply Management Specialist

Job Description Job title : Supply Management Specialist Client : Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company Duration : 2 Years (Possibility of Extension) Location : Fargo, ND 58102 Shift : 1st Shift Description: Manage supplier quality and delivery performance. Build and maintain supplier relationships. Support strategic sourcing activities. Monitor inventory and material availability. Analyze supply chain data and trends. Resolve supplier performance issues. Support procurement and commodity teams. Assist with supplier negotiations. Develop inventory and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate product testing and inspections. Drive continuous process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies. Required Qualifications: 2+ years in Supply Management, Materials, or Production Planning. Experience with supplier management. Strong data analysis skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and in teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading cross-functional projects. Continuous improvement experience. Procurement or commodity management experience. Inventory planning knowledge. International supplier management experience. Business process improvement experience. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
