Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for department Account Managers
• Effectively communicate with account managers and clients via email, phone and in person mediums.
• Handle incoming correspondence from lenders.
• Ability to handle billing questions from our clients and utilize carrier resources for solutions.
• Reach out to clients to gather information when necessary per account manager and/or carrier request
• In conjunction with Account Managers, remarket our clients as needed and bind coverage
• Review accounts that have been flagged on policy renewal reports and communicate with Account Managers on remarket strategy.
• When prompted from an Account Manager, review and/or remarket client accounts and provide feedback to the Account Manager or direct to the client.
• Make contact with clients prior to renewal advising of review in process.
• Prepare renewal summaries document in client database for VIP Clients.
• Prepare coverage renewal checklist for pro-active client segments.
• Proactively assist with communication between carriers and Account Managers

Minimum Requirements:

• Must obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects with individual deadlines

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
