Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience or practicum within school-based settings is highly preferred
• Skilled at conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and implementing treatment plans
• Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Familiarity with diverse K-12 student populations and a range of speech/language disorders
• Comfortable with technology to accommodate remote service delivery if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 environments
• Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Develop, document, and monitor IEPs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Offer consultation and training to educators and family members to support generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all required documentation standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to promote student achievement
• Adapt services for hybrid delivery as needed
