Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments - these guaranteed hours do not include any "on-call" time worked


Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. 7SE NCCU - 12H rotating days/nights. About 18 beds total. ~9 neuro ICU beds (highest-acuity patients) ~9 neuro progressive/step-down beds Designed specifically for critically ill neurological patients, rather than general ICU care. Built to support multidisciplinary collaboration (neurology, neurosurgery, critical care, nursing, rehab, etc.) Typical conditions managed in an NCCU include: Stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic), Brain hemorrhage or aneurysm, Traumatic brain injury, Spinal cord injury, Post-neurosurgery patients, Severe seizures/status epilepticus, Complex neurovascular conditions, Lahey is known for advanced neuro and stroke care, so the NCCU supports those high-acuity services. Day 1 pass/fai test required. You will have 2 attempts to take the practice test during onboarding. MUST HAVE NEURO EXPERIENCE. Will float to step down as needed. BLS/ACLS-AHA required. MA license and Epic experience required. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered.
