Minimum Qualifications + Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Four years of experience in residential/commercial rehabilitation or equivalent
• Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of residential home repairs
• Computer literate and comfortable with digital systems

Workplace Environment, Physical Requirements, Special Requirements

• Work may be indoors or outdoors, including private homes.
• Regular travel within Alameda County.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

• Provisional appointments do not require a civil service exam and are temporary until a regular position is obtained through examination. Project positions are for a specific duration. Temporary Assignments vary in duration based on department needs.
