Customer Logistics Manager

Customer Logistics Manager Oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function and manage all aspects of Operations and Account Management in the Dedicated Transportation Solutions business vertical. Lead direct reports and achieve daily operational goals. Skills and Abilities Ability to work within international functional teams High level analytical ability with complex problem solving Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job‑related area Off‑shift support in event of critical customer network disruption or crisis Timely decision making Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels Independent and team member capabilities Flexibility and self‑driven in fast‑paced environment Multi‑tasking, highly organized, excellent time management Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field One year of direct supervisory/leadership experience Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required; advanced proficiency required Advanced logistics industry knowledge required Advanced understanding of customer, company and federal regulations required Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production required Compensation Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually.
