Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Sunny Springs Nursing Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our night shift, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
