Workathome Data Maintenance Specialist

Title: Data Entry- No Phones! Job Duties: Process freight invoices from vendors. Enter information into the system, such as addresses, weights, and charges. No phone work - enjoy listening to your headphones while you work! Perform data entry using MS Excel. Input client orders and information into the company database. Extensive use of the 10-keypad, requiring a speed of 10,000+ keystrokes per hour. Conduct general clerical and administrative tasks. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Knowledge of the freight industry is a plus. Additional Info: Pay: $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm Location: On-site at the Bloomington office.
