$55,000 - $62,000

• Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between patients and our team of dedicated providers.
• Handle administrative tasks with precision, ensuring accurate patient records and billing information.
• Assist in coordinating patient care plans and follow-up appointments to support comprehensive treatment.
• Provide patients with detailed information about procedures, insurance coverage, and payment options.
• Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and streamline office operations.

• Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Proven track record of excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Proficiency in using office software and patient management systems (Open Dental)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience in coordinating patient care plans and follow-up appointments is a plus.
