Maintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift

What You Will Do: You will address all facets of production support for machinery maintenance You will conduct repairs when production is completed You will manage the maintenance staff You will maintain staff efforts throughout the evening, ensuring staff remains productive and engaged You will prioritize, issue, and assign work orders You will conduct daily reviews of machine setups You will conduct weekly reviews of work orders You will be responsible for labor budget and minimizing You will approve time clock punches; PTO; coverage for vacations; and managing call offs What You Need: Maintenance leadership as a manager or supervisor 2+ years Previous work experience in manufacturing industrial maintenance, ideally food or beverage Ability to work a 3rd shift 10:00 PM-6 am Sunday-Thursday Utilization of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Food manufacturing experience Maintenance planning/scheduling of work orders and maintenance resources Project management, managing of contractors/outside resources Inventory management and MRO purchasing Organized, leadership, strong mechanical skills, computer skills Patterns Hiring, Inc.
