Sales Engineer

JBAndrews are partnered with a fast-growing global passive fire protection and high-performance insulation manufacturer who are scaling their North American operation. This hire is part of that growth.

The role is a technical specification sell for data centers. Youll be working upstream with engineers, architects, and consultants to get systems specified and defending those specs through to project close.

Responsibilities

Driving specification activity across data center construction
Building and owning relationships with architects, engineers, GCs, and contractors
Delivering technical presentations and supporting project teams from design stage through execution
40%-60% travel

Qualifications

Background in passive fire protection, firestopping, structural fireproofing, or closely adjacent building materials
Proven specification-led sales experience
Comfortable working upstream with design professionals, not just contractors
Data center exposure is a necessity
