Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Float Pool Winston Salem, NC Med Surg Float Pool – Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Join our Critical Care Float Pool, where adaptable RNs deliver compassionate, high-quality care across multiple inpatient critical care units. This role offers the flexibility to expand your clinical expertise while collaborating with diverse care teams in a leading academic medical center committed to excellence and professional growth. What You’ll Do Deliver safe, patient-centered critical care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice—monitoring complex patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care across multiple Med Surg settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across units to drive optimal outcomes—promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and maintaining flexibility to meet patient care needs. We’re Looking For Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to adapt across multiple units Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Schedule & Compensation Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Night Shift, 7p-7a, Three 12 hour shifts Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Benefits & Total Rewards Advocate Health offers a comprehensive suite of Total Rewards: benefits and well-being programs, competitive compensation, generous retirement offerings, programs that invest in your career development and so much more.
