Responsibilities Lead a crew of electricians and apprentices, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. Interpret and execute electrical plans, schematics, and blueprints for diverse projects. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including NEC standards. Oversee project timelines, materials, and team performance to ensure timely completion. Mentor and train apprentices, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices. Perform troubleshooting, testing, and repair of complex electrical systems. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project needs and updates. Qualifications Valid ND Journeyman or Master Electrician license. At least 4 years of experience AND a Journeyman's licensed. Proven experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Knowledge of NEC codes and safety regulations. Excellent problem‑solving, time management, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in fast‑paced environments.
