Housekeeping Reports to: Property Manager
Location: Midwest City, OK Units: 201 Salary: $17.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living) Housing Benefit: 25% rent discount for onsite living Meadowood Village Apartments is in need of a professional housekeeper to preserve and maintain a clean and attractive appearance of our 201-unit residential apartment community by carrying out cleaning and light maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our property in a clean and orderly condition. Compensation & Benefits:

- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
