Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to provide immediate, high-quality patient care across rotating shifts. The role requires adaptability to fast-paced environments and compliance with hospital policies.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer emergency medical care to patients in a timely and professional manner.
  
  
• 
  Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatments based on acuity.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and execute care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current certifications and licenses, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  
  
• 
  Float within hospital departments as needed, supporting hospital-wide patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess an active PA or Compact nursing license at the time of submission.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Hold current AHA certifications required for emergency care.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner or similar electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Have the ability to work rotating day and night shifts on 12-hour schedules.
  
  
• 
  Willingness to float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius and work every other holiday.
