About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the organization's large-scale transformation journey, supporting the Managing Director and CFO in enhancing efficiency and driving strategic initiatives. This role demands a strategic and imaginative approach, with a focus on aligning departmental goals, leading key projects, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for collaborating with department heads to implement strategic plans, providing strategic support to the executive team, and acting as a communication link between the company and external stakeholders. To be considered for this role, applicants must have a degree in a relevant field such as business administration, maritime studies, logistics, supply chain management, or transportation, and a minimum of 6 years of experience in a challenging, international environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, be highly adept at problem-solving, and possess advanced communication and presentation skills. Experience in the shipping, logistics, or maritime industry is essential, as is a strong understanding of industry operations, regulations, and challenges. The role requires a high level of adaptability, a strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively with shifting priorities.
