Maintenance & Facilities Director
Boys & Girls Clubs of America
The Maintenance & Facilities Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of America oversees building operations across Club sites to ensure safe, clean, and reliable spaces for youth. This role leads preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital projects; manages vendors and service contracts; and ensures compliance with safety, health, and building regulations. The Director develops maintenance budgets, implements standards across locations, coordinates inspections, and partners with Club leadership to plan space improvements that support youth programs and community use.
