Key Responsibilities The Staff level Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and developing components, mechanisms, systems and finished products or equipment. Can technically lead a small team. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and its application in solving complex mechanical problems. Demonstrate advanced understanding of internal and external customer or business needs. Work independently and in a team to create designs of multiple components, systems or devices. Independently (and in a team) conduct testing and analyze and solve advanced technical problems. Apply advanced statistical techniques and utilize design of experiments, with in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own job family. Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations. Usually determine own work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Key Requirements and Technology Experience Key skills: Electromechanical Capital Equipment Pharma/Medical Device industry BSME or MSME At least 8 years experience in electromechanical, capital equipment designs Strong analytical skills Ability to lead a small team Medical device or regulated industry background Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry , and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
