Job Description

• Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, supporting schedule, budget, and overall project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Support procurement and buyout activities, including bid solicitation, subcontract administration, and material tracking.
• Share field management responsibilities with Project Managers in lieu of dedicated Superintendents.
• Participate in day-to-day onsite coordination of subcontractors, work sequencing, and project logistics.
• Perform regular site walks to monitor progress, verify quality, and identify potential schedule or constructability issues.
• Assist with maintaining project schedules, look-ahead planning, and resolution of field conflicts.
• Reinforce company safety standards and support project closeout activities including punch list completion and turnover documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• 1+ years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse project stakeholders.
• Strong desire for continuous improvement, professional growth, and leadership development.
• Demonstrates humility, accountability, and a strong commitment to hard work.

What's On Offer

• Base salary: $75,000-$90,000 (depending on experience)
• 401(k) with 3% company match
